Mental Health Counseling

Outpatient counseling services available to children, adolescents (ages 8-18), adults and families who would like help to address mental health and behavioral health problems. Services are provided in an office or community setting such as school, home, via skype or by phone, when needed.

Program Services include individual, group and family counseling services provided by a Master’s Level clinician.  Counseling services are based on the Cognitive Behavioral psychotherapeutic approach that addresses dysfunctional emotions and behaviors. Motivational Interviewing is goal oriented to help motivate change in dysfunctional behaviors without judgement.

 

Targeted Case Management is provided for cases with serious emotional disorders to help individuals and their families receive the necessary social and educational services needed.
