Where do you meet for a coaching session?

Have you ever wondered if coaching needs to be done in person? While face to face coaching is a wonderful experience, there are many ways to experiance a coaching session. A coaching session can take place in one of four ways:

Face to Face
We can meet in person, if you live locally, such as a Starbuck’s or similar type of establishment.

Phone
We can set up an appointment in which I will call you for our session.

Skype
We can use Skype, without our without the camera feature.

Email {known as eCoaching}

We communicate via four email per session, which can be completed in one week, two weeks, or one month:

  • The first email is initiated by me, asking key questions related to your coaching package.

  • The second email is your reply, which includes answers the questions as well as reflections on areas in which you’d like additional focus.

  • The third email is my response to your previous email, which includes probing questions to encourage reflection as well as creative accountability options.

  • The last email comes from you, in which you respond to the third email, in particular the areas of homework and accountability.
